People have a small head (microcephaly), intellectual disability, seizures, and congenital heart defects such as holes between heart chambers. Other features can include mild low thyroid hormone, bone differences, certain facial features, and high blood pressure in the lung blood vessels. Signs are seen in the newborn period or infancy.

- Intellectual disability
- Hole between the upper heart chambers (atrial septal defect)
- High blood pressure in the lung blood vessels

Not everyone has every symptom. GARD's list comes from the Human Phenotype Ontology.
