Living with Brugada syndrome 4
A heart rhythm condition with electrical changes on an ECG and a higher chance of irregular heartbeats.
Understanding Brugada syndrome 4
It shows up as ST-segment changes on an ECG and a high risk of irregular heartbeats in the lower heart chambers (ventricular arrhythmias). It mainly shows in adulthood, though diagnosis can be at any age from infancy to late adulthood. Other conduction differences can include first-degree AV block, right bundle branch block, and sick sinus syndrome.
